Vocational Training (Tailoring, Beadwork, Graph embroidery, and bag making) for Women in Kunduz Prison (Funded by UNW, 2024 - Ongoing)
Main Goal: To empower incarcerated women in Kunduz prison by providing vocational training, equipping them with practical skills to enhance their economic independence and facilitate their reintegration into society.
Objectives:
- Deliver hands-on vocational training in marketable skills to women in prison.
- Strengthen economic self-sufficiency by fostering income-generating abilities.
Capacity Building Project (Funded by UNW, 2023-2024, Kunduz)
Main Goal: To enhance the professional skills and capacities of our staff through structured training and workshops, enabling them to contribute more effectively to their roles and organizational development.
Objectives:
- Strengthening staff competencies through targeted training sessions and workshops.
- Improving organizational efficiency by equipping employees with essential knowledge and skills.
- Enhancing staff engagement with key stakeholders and relevant sectors.



Women Economic Empowerment Workshop 2020 Kunduz
Main Goal: To provide information on the evolving opportunities and constraints for women and guidance about developing women’s economic participation.
Objectives:
- Promotion of women economic empowerment.
- Engagement with justice government and department of women affairs.
- Engagement of women into economic arenas by facilitation of 1 campaign and 5 days training.
Women - Cantered Anti- Corruption Initiative 2019 Kunduz
Main Goal: Strengthening the role of women in against corruption
Objectives:
- Encouraged citizen-government interface though enhancement of public civic engagement with justice government and department of women affairs.
- Improve transparency, accountability and no violence against women in public over the government institutions.
- Sensitized local population in civic engagement and mutual cooperation for a promising accountable and citizen friendly government institutions.
